| 1) From your desktop, click on the Start button. Then, go to Settings, then
Control Panel. Double click on Dial Up Networking. This will open the screen you see below. Double click on the Make New Connection icon.

2) In this window, type NTS into the box at the top, as seen here. Click Next.

| 3) Type in the phone number for your local dial in city, like shown below. Click Next.
|

| 4) Click Finish.

| 5) This results in the screen below.

 |
| |
| 6) Right-click on the new NTS icon, and you will see the below screen. Click on Properties, at the bottom of the menu.

| 7) Here, uncheck the box for Use area code and Dialing Properties.
|
 |

| 8) Now double click on your new NTS icon, enter your user name & password, and hit the connect button. You have completed the build.
