| How to solve Slow Speed Problem? |
| Slow connections can be caused by a number of problems. The two most common problems are modem configuration issues, and phone line issues. Depending upon your version of Windows, there could easily be other issues involved, as well. Due to the complexity of this type of situation, it is suggested that you call our help desk when it is convenient for you, and when you can be at your computer, so we can properly troubleshoot and diagnose the problem. |

| How to solve Disconnection Problem? |
| There are a number of things that could be causing these disconnection problems, ranging from a simple configuration error, down to a problem with the phone line. To diagnose the problem, we will need to speak with you on the phone, when you are able to work on the computer. |

| How to log off from Internet? |
| To log off of the internet when you are ready, simply close all the programs down that use the internet. Then, look down by the time display in the lower right corner. There, you will find a small icon that is only present when you are connected, and it looks like two small computer screens. Double-click on this little icon, to bring up the connection status window, and then click on the 'Disconnect' button. |
