Error: Server rejects Sender's Email Address

If you get an error when trying to send an email that says, "The server rejected the sender's email address" this is caused by one of two things:

(a) Your current IP address (the number randomly assigned by our server to your computer
every time you log on) is being blocked

(b) The subject line has a word in it that our servers recognize as a possible virus infected
    email.

If you read the rest of the error message, you can determine which of these two reasons is causing the error. If it says something like "see http://cbl.abuseat.org" then it is reason (a). If it says something to the effect of "Signature in subject line" then it is reason (b).

In either case, please call us for assistance, and let us know which of the above causes seems to be the issue. Thank you.
